Teaching 4th/5th Grade

Art at the Lab School

 

 

 

In the fall of 2014 I had the incredible experience to teach art at Polaris Lab School to the 4th and 5th grade levels. I gained experience in creating a unit, creating lesson plans, gaining familiarity with Colorado State Standards, combining standards, GLE's, and outcomes for multiple grade levels, leading lessons, and bonding/ working with students. With my teaching partner, Jenna, we structure a unit for the students and created a blog to document their learning.
